Brand Consultation Policy – VII Creative Co.

Consultation Availability
All brand consultation calls are held between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST on business days. Morning or evening calls are not available unless reviewed and approved by the VII Creative Co. team in advance.

 

Call Length:
Each consultation is limited to 1–2 hours maximum to ensure clarity, focus, and effective communication. Calls conclude at the scheduled end time unless an extension has been approved and billed.

 

Call Platforms:
Consultations may be conducted and recorded via Phone Call, Google Meet, or Zoom. FaceTime is used only in limited, pre-approved cases. Platform selection is determined by VII Creative Co.

 

Recording Notice:
Consultations may be recorded for internal documentation, quality assurance, and project clarity. Attendance constitutes consent to recording.

 

Scope Notice:
Brand consultations are strategic and informational only. Live designing, execution, or additional deliverables are not included unless explicitly stated in the client’s agreement.

 

Additional Time:
Requests for additional consultation time or follow-up calls may require an added fee and written approval.

VII Creative Co. - Service Policies

1. Scope of Work

All services are delivered strictly within the scope of the selected package. Any request outside of the agreed scope will require a separate quote or approved add-on before work begins.

2. Monthly Task Limits

Each package includes a defined number of tasks per month.

  • Tasks reset monthly

  • No rollovers for unused tasks

  • Each task equals one primary deliverable

Revisions are included only within the original scope of the task.

3. Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days per task

  • Turnaround begins once all required assets, details, and approvals are received

  • Rush requests are not included and must be purchased separately

Timelines may shift based on request volume, complexity, or client delays.

4. Consultation Calls

Consultation calls are included based on the selected package.

  • Calls must be scheduled in advance

  • Missed or late calls without notice may be forfeited

  • Calls are used for strategy, alignment, and planning only

Additional calls outside the package are available as paid add-ons.

5. Communication Policy

  • Communication is handled via email or project management platform

  • Business hours: Monday–Friday

  • No on-demand calls, weekend communication, or emergency requests

Clear written communication is required to avoid delays.

6. Revisions Policy

  • Revisions are included if they align with the original request

  • Requests that change direction, concept, or scope may be counted as a new task

  • Excessive revisions may require an additional fee

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, assets, and feedback on time

  • Responding promptly to approvals and questions

  • Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed

Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

8. Payments & Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly

  • Payments must be made in full before work begins

  • Failed or late payments may result in paused services

No refunds are issued for completed or in-progress work.

9. Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables are released for use upon full payment.
VII Creative Co. reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Termination & Pausing Services

  • Subscriptions may be canceled or paused according to the master agreement terms

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable

  • Unused tasks are forfeited upon cancellation

11. Creative Discretion

VII Creative Co. maintains creative discretion to ensure all deliverables align with professional standards, brand integrity, and ethical guidelines.
